What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect your name, your organisation, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We do not collect anything else through this website, and we do not use advertising, analytics or marketing tracking on it.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out that work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. Where we go on to work together, our basis is performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, records are kept for six years after the end of that contract to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Your data is held in our email and business systems, and is accessible only to people who need it to answer you.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email unni@thalelabs.co.uk. We respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would ask you to raise it with us first so we have the chance to put it right.
