Training is only worth buying if it works. This page sets out how we keep the quality of what we deliver high, how we measure it, and what we do with what we learn.

Our full Quality Assurance Policy is published on the Policies page.

Trainers who have done the work

All training is delivered by people with current practical experience in the subject they are teaching. Where we engage an associate, we review their experience and their materials before they deliver, and we check their credentials specifically where the subject touches personal data, security or regulated activity.

Content that is current

Course content is reviewed at least once a year and immediately whenever something changes that affects it. For our data protection courses that includes changes in legislation, ICO guidance and enforcement, and relevant case law. For the data and technology courses it includes platform and tooling changes. Technical detail is checked against primary sources, not secondary summaries.

Tailored before it runs

Every course is adapted to the client before delivery. We use your systems, your terminology and your examples, and we agree scope and level with you in advance. Generic training is cheaper to produce and worth less.

Measured every time

We collect feedback at the end of every session covering relevance to role, clarity, pace and level, materials, and whether delegates can apply what they learned. Results are shared with you, including anything negative. On longer engagements we check in with you during delivery rather than waiting until the end, so anything not working can be corrected while it still matters.

Continuous improvement

After every engagement we record what worked, what did not and what we would change. That record drives our annual content review and any immediate changes. Questions that come up repeatedly, or exercises that consistently stall, are treated as signals that the content needs changing.

If something goes wrong

Anyone unhappy with training we have delivered can raise it directly at unni@thalelabs.co.uk. We respond within five working days and agree a remedy.
